一、夏令营简介
2025 年三明学院沙县小吃综合素质培训夏令营旨在为国际学生和年轻专业人士提供沉浸式的沙县小吃文化学习体验。沙县小吃是福建省著名的传统美食，夏令营通过实践培训、专家讲座和实地参观，让参与者深入了解沙县小吃的制作技艺、经营管理和品牌运营等知识。夏令营内容涵盖以下方面：
- 技艺传承：掌握传统沙县小吃制作技巧。
- 经营管理：学习如何成功经营小吃生意。
- 品牌运营：了解市场营销和特许经营策略。
- 财务政策：探索政府支持和资金机会。
- 食品安全与消防安全：确保符合行业法规。

- 夏令营时间：2025 年 7 月 25 日 - 7 月 31 日
- 夏令营内容：包括商业管理、品牌运营、食品安全、消防安全、沙县小吃制作以及识别小吃品种等特殊技能，还包括参观三明市的文化和历史景点。
- 参与人数：10 - 15 名营员
五、申请要求
- 国籍：除中国公民外的任何国家
- 年龄限制：18 - 45岁（男女不限）
六、报名方式
- 资格：对烹饪艺术或创业感兴趣的 18 - 45 岁学生和年轻专业人士，品行端正，无犯罪记录。
- 报名步骤：
- 提交材料：提供身份证明和一份简短的动机信（200 字）。
- 费用：夏令营免费。主办方提供住宿、餐饮和培训材料。但参与者需自行承担交通、签证等其他费用。
- 确认：在 3个工作日内收到录取邮件。
- 截止日期：2025 年 7 月 15 日为最后提交日期。

2025 Sanming University Shaxian Snacks Comprehensive Quality Training Summer Camp
The Shaxian Snacks Comprehensive Quality Training Summer Camp is designed to provide international students and young professions with an immersive learning experience in the heritage, operation, and management of Shaxian snacks—a renowned culinary tradition from Fujian Province. Through hands-on training, expert lectures, and field visits, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of:
Skill Inheritance – Mastering traditional Shaxian snack-making techniques.
Business Management – Learning how to operate a successful snack business.
Brand Operation – Understanding marketing and franchising strategies.
Financial Policy – Exploring government support and funding opportunities.
Food & Fire Safety – Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
This camp aims to cultivate future entrepreneurs and inheritors of Shaxian snack culture while fostering innovation and sustainable development in the industry.

Camp Details
Camp Location: Shaxian Snacks Training Center, Sanming City, Fujian Province
Camp Duration: July 25-July 31, 2025
Camp Content: Knowledge on business management, brand operation, food safety, fire safety, production of Shaxian snacks, and special skills such as identification of varieties, visiting cultural and historical places in Sanming city.
Number of Participants: 10 to 15 campers
Application Requirements
Country: Any country except a Chinese citizen
Age Limitation: Between 18 and 45 years old (Both male and female)
Registration Method
1.Eligibility: Students & young professionals (18-45 years old) with an interest in culinary arts or entrepreneurship, good character and no criminal record.
2.Steps to Register:
Submit Documents – Provide ID proof and a short motivation letter (200 words).
Payment – The camp is free of cost. The organizer will provide includes accommodation, meals, and training materials. But participants need to bear transportation, visa and other costs by themselves.
Confirmation – Receive an acceptance email within 3 business days.
Deadline: Last submission date 15 July, 2025.
