全校外籍师生：
为贯彻落实党的二十届四中全会、全国教育大会精神和《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024—2035年）》相关部署，进一步提升我校国际化办学水平，落实“立德树人”根本任务，推动思政教育与国际人才培养深度融合，现由三明学院对外合作与交流处与海外学院（外国语学院）联合举办外籍师生“我眼中的中国式现代化”征文与短视频大赛，诚挚邀请全校外籍师生积极参与，分享在中国学习、工作和生活中的所见所感。
具体安排如下：
一、活动主题
我眼中的中国式现代化
二、参与对象
全校外籍师生。
欢迎每位外籍师生邀请一名三明学院在校中国学生结对参与，共同完成作品并联合署名。
三、作品要求
（一）征文类
内容：结合在华亲身经历，展现中国式现代化在科技、社会、文化、生态等领域的生动实践。作品须主题鲜明、情感真挚、内容生动，具有感染力与可读性。严禁抄袭。
语言：中外双语（如英文/俄文/乌兹别克语/孟加拉语等＋中文）。结对的中国学生可协助中文翻译。
字数：约2000字。
格式：Word文档提交，文末请注明作者姓名、国籍、学院/部门及联系方式。
（二）短视频类
内容：拍摄与中国式现代化相关的真实场景，内容生动、富有吸引力，必须为原创。
语言：旁白可使用中文、英文或母语；字幕须为中英双语或母语＋中文。结对的中国学生可协助翻译与字幕制作。
时长：3分钟以内（含片头片尾）。
格式：MP4或MOV，分辨率1080P及以上，文件大小不超过500MB。视频结尾请标注作者姓名、国籍及所属学院。
四、提交方式
请于2025年12月5日前将参赛作品发送至邮箱：491481814@qq.com，邮件主题请注明：“姓名+国籍+作品类型（征文/视频）”。
五、奖项设置与成果使用
奖项：征文与短视频分别设一等奖1名、二等奖3名、三等奖5名，参与奖若干名，获奖者将获颁发证书与奖品。
成果运用：优秀作品将汇编成册，作为学校国际教育成果存档并用于非商业宣传。

Notice on the “Chinese Modernization in My Eyes” Essay and Video Contest for International Faculty and Students at Sanming University
To All International Faculty and Students,
In alignment with the guiding principles of the 20th CPC Central Committee’s Fourth Plenary Session, the National Education Conference, and the “Outline of the National Plan for Building a Leading Country in Education (2024-2035)”, and to further enhance our university’s international profile, uphold the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, and deepen the integration of ideological and political education with the cultivation of international talent, the Office of International Cooperation and the School of Overseas Education (School of Foreign Languages) at Sanming University are jointly organizing the “Chinese Modernization in My Eyes” essay and short video contest. We warmly invite all international faculty and students to share your unique perspectives and experiences gained from studying, working, and living in China.
Contest Details:
I. Theme
Chinese Modernization in My Eyes
II. Participants
All international faculty and students at Sanming University.
Participants are encouraged to team up with one currently enrolled Chinese student to co-create entries. Joint authorship is welcome.
III. Entry Requirements
(A) Essay Category
Content: Draw on personal experiences in China to illustrate Chinese modernization in areas such as technology, society, culture, or ecology. Submissions should be thematically focused, sincere, vivid, and engaging. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden.
Language: Bilingual (e.g., English/Russian/Uzbek/Bengali + Chinese). Chinese teammates may assist with translation.
Length: Approximately 2,000 words.
Format: Word document. Include the author’s name, nationality, school/department, and contact details at the end.
(B) Short Video Category
Content: Capture real-world scenes reflecting Chinese modernization. Content should be dynamic and appealing. All work must be original.
Language: Narration may be in Chinese, English, or the participant’s native language. Subtitles must be provided in Chinese and English, or native language + Chinese. Teamed Chinese students may assist with translation and subtitling.
Duration: No longer than 3 minutes (including opening and closing credits).
Format: MP4 or MOV, 1080p resolution or higher, file size not exceeding 500MB. Include a closing slide with the author’s name, nationality, and school.
IV. Submission
Please email entries to 491481814@qq.com by December 5, 2025. Use the subject line: “Name + Nationality + Entry Type (Essay/Video)”.
V. Awards and Use of Entries
Awards: Prizes will be awarded in each category as follows:
1 First Prize, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes, and several Participation Awards. Winners will receive certificates and prizes.
Use of Entries: Selected works may be compiled into a collection for the university’s international education archives and used for non-commercial promotional purposes.
