一、夏令营简介
2025年，三明学院联合沙县区小吃管委会举办“沙县小吃综合素质培训夏令营”，旨在以小吃为媒介，互联互动国内外美食好爱者，用“参观+实训”的方式，邀请国际师生和年轻专业人士沉浸式体验中华饮食文化之沙县小吃文化的学习，提升个人综合素质。
沙县小吃是三明市的一张靓丽名片，也是福建省的著名商标，更是中华名小吃之一。本届夏令营将通过专家讲座、实地参观和实践培训，让参与者深入了解三明文化、体验国家级非遗——沙县小吃制作技艺、学习品牌运营管理相关知识等，提升个人综合素质。夏令营内容涵盖以下方面：
技艺传承：掌握传统沙县小吃制作技巧。
经营管理：学习如何成功经营小吃生意。
品牌运营：了解市场营销和特许经营策略。
财务政策：探索政府支持和资金机会。
食品安全与消防安全：确保符合行业法规。
夏令营致力于培养沙县小吃文化的未来创业者和传承者，同时推动行业的创新和可持续发展。
In 2025, Sanming University and Shaxian District Snack Management Committee will hold the “Shaxian Snack Comprehensive Quality Training Summer Camp”, which aims to use snacks as a medium to connect and interact with domestic and foreign food lovers, and invite international teachers, students and young professionals to immerse themselves in the learning of Shaxian snack culture of Chinese food culture and improve their overall quality.
Shaxian snack is a beautiful business card of Sanming City, a famous trademark of Fujian Province, and one of the famous snacks in China. Through expert lectures, field visits and practical training, this summer camp will allow participants to have an in-depth understanding of Sanming culture, experience the national intangible cultural heritage - Shaxian snack making skills, and learn relevant knowledge of brand operation and management, so as to improve their comprehensive quality. The camp covers the following areas:
Skill Inheritance: Mastering traditional Shaxian snack-making techniques.
Business Management: Learning how to operate a successful snack business.
Brand Operation： Understanding marketing and franchising strategies.
Financial Policy：Exploring government support and funding opportunities.
Food & Fire Safety: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
This camp aims to cultivate future entrepreneurs and inheritors of Shaxian snack culture while fostering innovation and sustainable development in the industry.

四、夏令营详情
夏令营地点：福建省三明市沙县小吃培训中心
夏令营时间：2025年7月28日-8月2日（7.28-30培训，7.31-8.2参观）
夏令营内容：包括商业管理、品牌运营、食品安全、消防安全、沙县小吃制作以及识别小吃品种等特殊技能，还包括参观三明市的文化和历史景点。
参与人数：10-15名营员
Camp Location: Shaxian Snacks Training Center, Sanming City, Fujian Province
Camp Duration: July 28-August 2, 2025 (7.28-30 training, 7.31-8.2 visit)
Camp Content: Knowledge on business management, brand operation, food safety, fire safety, production of Shaxian snacks, and special skills such as identification of varieties, visiting cultural and historical places in Sanming city.
Number of Participants: 10 to 15 campers

国籍：除中国公民外的任何国家
年龄限制：18-35岁（男女不限）
Country: Any country except a Chinese citizen
Age Limitation: Between 18 and 35 years old (Both male and female)
六、报名方式
资格：对烹饪艺术或创业感兴趣的18-35岁学生和年轻专业人士，品行端正，无犯罪记录。
报名步骤：
提交材料：提供身份证明和一份简短的动机信（200字）。
费用：主办方提供餐饮和培训材料。但参与者需自行承担住宿、交通、签证等其他费用。住宿费高级标间288元，普通标间218元。
确认：在3个工作日内收到录取邮件。
截止日期：2025年7月15日为最后提交日期。

Eligibility: Students & young professionals (18-35 years old) with an interest in culinary arts or entrepreneurship, good character and no criminal record.
Steps to Register:
Submit Documents：Provide ID proof and a short motivation letter (200 words).
Payment：Catering and training materials are provided by the organizers. However, participants are responsible for other expenses such as accommodation, transportation, visas, etc. The accommodation fee is 288 yuan for a superior standard room and 218 yuan for an ordinary standard room.
Confirmation：Receive an acceptance email within 3 business days.
Deadline: Last submission date 15 July, 2025.

备注：如果本夏令营成功举办并获得中国国际人才交流基金会立项，每位参与交流访问的外国青年可以获得10000元人民币/人（税前）后补资助，用于补助外国青年来华一次性国际旅费和国际旅行保险。
Note: If the camp is successfully held and approved by the China Foundation for International Exchange of Personnel, each foreign youth participating in the exchange visit can receive a subsidy of 10,000 RMB/person (before tax) to subsidize the one-time international travel expenses and international travel insurance of the foreign youth in China.
